Is this what heaven looks like?

Absolutely! Especially when it's a steamy summer day and the thermometer is pushing 100 degrees.

A vanilla wafer and pecan crust lines this tall, smooth and dreamy cheesecake! Then the cheesecake was smothered in a fresh blackberry syrup, seeping throughout the cake.

With blackberries in full bloom, the baking possibilities right now are endless.
